MASKED RIDER RYUKI Ryuki is the transformed form of a budding journalist, Shinji Kido. He makes a contract with Dragredder to stop the battles in the "Rider Battles" where Kamen Riders battle against each other, each with their own wishes at stake.

The designs common to all the Rider Battle participants, such as the slit-shaped "Solid Face Shield" that covers the eyes, the "Zippet Threads" on the shoulders and arms, and the "V Buckles" that store each card deck, are unique to "MASKED RIDER RYUKI". From these exterior parts to the body, the entire body is newly created using SHINKOCCHOU SEIHOU.
